The high-speed logic-gate optocoupler integrates a high-speed detector and shaping circuit with steep edges and propagation delays down to tens of nanoseconds. It suits high-speed digital interfaces such as RS-485, CAN bus and SPI isolation.
With a wide supply range and high common-mode rejection (CMR), it maintains stable signal integrity in electromagnetically harsh environments.
